Types of Fatties

Every Fatty is wrapped in a one pound sausage patty, 14-16 slices of bacon and smoked for 3-4 hours. Woods can include, but are not limited to, the following: hickory, mesquite, pecan, apple, cherry, maple. Woods are selected by availability.

Cheese Steak Fatty:

Steak, fried onions, green and red peppers, garlic, mushroom and provolone cheese. Spices added and brushed with BBQ sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Fatty:

Shredded buffalo chicken, pepper jack cheese and Jalapeno peppers. Spices added and brushed with hot sauce.

Bacon Explosion:

Cooked bacon and sharp cheddar cheese. Spices added and brushed with BBQ sauce.

Breakfast Fatty:

Fried cubed potato and ham, onion, jalapeno peppers and charp cheddar cheese. Spices added.
